SHRIMP DE JONGHE RECIPE
Serves 4 People
4 Oven safe dishes (coquille shells)
20 Jumbo Shrimp (Clean)
1. 6 Tbl. Seasoned Bread Crumbs
2. 4 Tbl. Soft Butter
3. 1 tsp. Chopped Garlic
4. 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
5. 4 Tbl. Dry Sherry
6. ½ tsp. dijon mustard
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
4 tsp. Cocktail Sherry
Combine ingredients 1-6 in a large bowl and hold on the side.
Arrange 5 shrimp in each of the four dishes. Add ½ tsp.
Lemon juice and 1 tsp. Sherry to each dish. Divide the batter
among all four dishes and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or
until the bread crumbs begin to brown.
